Medical Center Jan van Goyen would like to know how its patients experience the quality of care. This is measured annually with a patient satisfaction survey by the independent research agency Bosgra Research. Through this research, Jan van Goyen Medical Center gains more insight into the experiences of its patients. These insights are used to further improve the quality and safety of care where possible.
The mean score of the patients' overall impression was an 8.3. Among the most important positive points were the expertise of the care providers, the medical expertise of the doctor and the supervision/care provided by the nursing staff. The most important points for improvement were, among other things, the accessibility and parking facilities of our buildings.
For the study, 556 patients gave their opinion.
