- unfortunately not treat you.

Preparing for your appointment
To be able to help you as best as possible, it is nice to come to your appointment well prepared. It is wise to write down in advance what you want to ask or say. Provide your attending physician with all information about your health condition. Also let me know if you don't understand something. These tips will help make your appointment with your doctor as smooth as possible.
do not be late
Don't be late for your appointment. There is a chance that there will not be enough time left to help you properly. If this is the case, we are forced to schedule a new appointment.
Reschedule or cancel an appointment
If the date or time does not suit you, you can contact us by phone to make an appointment
to postpone. We can be reached on working days between 08:30 and 17:00 on telephone number 020 – 30 55 800. If you unsubscribe less than 24 hours before the appointment for an appointment that has already been made, we will unfortunately have to charge the costs.
We do our best to work on time, unfortunately this is not always possible. For example, because there is an emergency or a consultation hour or investigation is overdue. It is therefore possible that it is not your turn right away. Of course we find that annoying for you. We ask for your understanding for any waiting time. You can use our coffee and tea facilities in all waiting areas.
Our buildings on Emmastraat and Jan van Goyenkade are easily accessible for the disabled. The buildings on Lairessestraat and Concertgebouwplein are less so. Of course, on-site assistance is available. If you wish to make use of this, please indicate this when making your appointment.
Do you need an interpreter?
If you are not proficient in the Dutch or English language, take someone with you who does master the Dutch or English language. If you need an interpreter, you are expected to arrange this yourself. When making the appointment, indicate that someone will come with you.
