The GP+punt is a collaboration between general practitioners and medical specialists in Amsterdam.

The GP+punt is a collaboration between general practitioners and medical specialists in Amsterdam.

At GP+punt, patients come for a one-time consultation with a medical specialist. This consultation takes place at the request of the general practitioner. Jan van Goyen Medical Center works together with GP+punt to provide the right care in the right place.

Which patients refer to GP+punt?

Huisarts+punt is intended for patients with complaints that you do not fully trust and about which you want confirmation. The complaint may be too specialized for you as a referrer, but it is not (yet) necessary to refer your patient to the hospital. Your patient will then be seen by a medical specialist at the GP+punt. There is a patient profile with inclusion and exclusion criteria for each specialism.

How can I refer my patients?

Referrals are made via ZorgDomein. This works in the same way as referring patients to the hospital. You will find GP+punt under the location GP+punt Zuid.
