Interdisciplinary team elbow clinic

Interdisciplinary team elbow clinic

Since October 2018, the elbow clinic of the Jan van Goyen Medical Center has been treating elbow complaints in an interdisciplinary team. In this way we expect to further improve the quality of the treatment.

The interdisciplinary team consists of orthopedic surgeon Michel van den Bekerom, physician assistant IJsbrand Ram and specialized physiotherapist Jelle Heisen. In practice, we see that through this collaboration we can better treat patients at our own level.

Department of orthopedics
The orthopedics department of the Jan van Goyen Medical Center has short waiting times. In addition, the lines of communication are short and we can quickly consult diagnostics if necessary. By means of this method we want to keep the quality and speed high in order to achieve the best result for the patient.

Do you have questions about this method? You can reach us by telephone on the referral line specially set up for this purpose: 020-3055 857.
