Patient can now store medical data in PGO

At Medical Center Jan van Goyen it is now also possible for patients to store data in a personal Health Environment (PGO). In April, all patients will be informed about the possibilities and use of a PHE. Patients may also ask you questions about PBL.

A PHE is a digital resource (app or website) where patients can collect their health data from various sources in one online place: for example, the results of a blood test, the advice of the general practitioner and an overview of prescribed medicines. Patients can also add measurements to their PGO themselves, such as their pedometer data or weight. This creates a complete picture and gives patients a better grip on their health.
