The personal details that you provide us with via the MC JvG website will only be used to handle feedback and complaints or for the registration for services, events, appointments or meetings. The details that we process include names, addresses, dates of birth, patient numbers, substantive complaints, and other requested information.

Your details will never be used for anything else apart from the above-mentioned purposes and will never be disclosed to third parties, unless we have a legal obligation to do so or when you have given us your explicit consent (in writing).
